EVENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

90% refund for cancellation requests received 31 days or more before the event date
50% refund for cancellation requests received 15 to 30 days before the event date
No refunds for cancellation requests received less than 15 days prior to the event date

Please note that application fees and credit card processing fees are not refundable.
