Lily Anderson, Maggie Tokuda-Hall

If you’re dying to read about a rag-tag team of powerful young women with a side of killer fun, you’re in the right place. In Maggie Tokuda-Hall’s graphic novel debut Squad, Becca longs to be popular at her new school, and winds up finding her place in a group of fashionable girls . . . who also happen to be werewolves. Lily Anderson’s Scout’s Honor is filled with tons of high-octane action and adventure as protagonist Prudence Perry is on a mission to steal an invaluable ingredient while taking on the hardest challenge of all: her legacy as a monster hunter. Be prepared for some chills and thrills in this empowering panel.

The bookstore partner for this session is Pegasus Books! Buy the books online on their website, on Bookshop.org, or purchase them in person at the Festival. More information here.
