Allie Rowbottom

Allie Rowbottom is the author of the novel Aesthetica, named a best book of the year by Glamour Magazine, NPR, and Vanity Fair. Allie’s memoir, Jell-O Girls, was a 2018 New York Times Editors’ Choice selection. Her essays and short fiction can be found in Vanity Fair, Elle, The London Times, Flaunt, Dazed, New York Tyrant, The Drunken Canal, Forever Magazine, and elsewhere. She holds a PhD in literature and creative writing from the University of Houston and lives in Los Angeles.
