Anna Lappé is an internationally recognized expert on food systems. She is the author or co-author of three books, including “Diet for a Hot Planet: The Climate Crisis at the End of Your Fork and What You Can Do About It,” and a contributing author to eleven more. She currently directs Real Food Media. With her mother, Frances Moore Lappé, she co-founded the Small Planet Institute and Fund. She also serves as a consultant to foundations and philanthropists funding food system change and is the advisor to The Panta Rhea Foundation Food Program. After 15 years in New York City, she moved back to the Bay Area three years ago with her husband and their two daughters.
