Cinnamongirl Serena P

Serena is an outgoing 4th grader, soccer player, choir singer, and gardener. She is also a voracious reader. Serena enjoys many genres, including mystery and fantasy novels because of the intriguing suspense, character challenges, and dramatic action. Some of her favorite authors include Lemony Snicket, Pam Muñoz-Ryan, Roald Dahl, and Stuart Gibbs. Her most exciting reads are the Charlie Thorne series, Esperanza Rising, and Who Could That Be at This Hour? from the All the Wrong Questions series. As a Cinnamongirl, Serena hopes others find reading as enjoyable as she does instead of a mandatory task for homework. She is delighted to participate in this year’s Bay Area Book Festival.
