Kaitlin Soulé

Kaitlin Soulé is a therapist, women’s mental health, parenting, and anxiety specialist on a mission to empower women to say YES to themselves so they can live aligned with their values, instead of guilt, doubt, and fear. Soulé wrote A Little Less of a Hot Mess to invite women to reclaim their identity and improve their mental health with a practical framework called “imperfect growth and evolution.”
