Laila Cinnamongirl

Laila is a middle school student and a returning moderator at the Bay Area Book Festival, where she has proudly moderated panels for the past three years. She loves being part of the festival and helping bring conversations about books to life. She is also an award-winning dancer and cheerleader. In addition, she is a KTT teacher who teaches Scratch curriculum, helping younger students learn coding and creativity. She loves being part of Cinnamongirl, where she has found a strong sense of belonging and meaningful friendships through the sisterhood it creates. She is passionate about learning, leadership, and inspiring others.
