Laurie R. King

Laurie R. King has been living a life of crime (-writing) since 1993, accumulating 27 novels and many other works, including the Mary Russell-Sherlock Holmes stories (including “The Beekeeper’s Apprentice,” named One of the 20th Century’s Best Crime Novels and the new “Island of the Mad.” She has won an alphabet of prizes from Agatha to Wolfe, been chosen as guest of honor at several crime conventions. She was inducted into the Baker Street Irregulars as “The Red Circle,” a secret criminal organization, and is the current president of the NorCal chapter of Mystery Writers of America.
