Monica Wesolowska

Monica Wesolowska writes for both children and adults. Her memoir Holding Silvan: A Brief Life was named a “best book” of 2013 by Library Journal and the Boston Globe. Her forthcoming children’s picture book Leo + Lea (illustrated by Kenard Pak) celebrates friendship and the mathematical patterns that connect us all. Wesolowska teaches creative writing at Stanford Continuing Studies, UC Berkeley Extension and elsewhere and works one-on-one with clients as an independent editor.
