Rae Ingram

Rae Ingram (she/they) is a life-loving, hope-giving, joy-having, rooting for everyone Black, book-reading, running devotee. She is the founder and host of the podcast Queervotion, a spiritual-centered space where Ingram has had heart-centered conversation with the likes of Bishop Rev. Dr. Yvette Flunder, author of Where the Edge Gathers, Lyvonne Briggs, author of Sensual Faith: The Art of Coming Home to Your Body, and Austin Channing Brown, author of I’m Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness. She has moderated talks and spaces for a variety of organizations, including Black Girls Run (BGR), where she holds the role of Ambassador. Ingram’s latest moderation space included an open and honest conversation with Alison Mariella Dèsir, author of Running While Black: Finding Freedom in a Sport That Wasn’t Built for Us, which highlighted the whiteness of the sport while extending the invite to reimagine the sport and industry as whole. Ingram holds a master’s in divinity with a concentration in chaplaincy. Holding space for difficult conversations in her communities is a passion for her. When not working hard to dismantle systemic and systematic structures and resolve issues, Ingram enjoys spending time with her wife and fur babies.
