Sasha Vasilyuk

Sasha Vasilyuk is a journalist and author based in San Francisco. Her debut novel Your Presence Is Mandatory, set between Nazi Germany and Ukraine in the decades since WWII, will be published in the United States in April 2024 as well as in Italy, France, Germany, Finland and Brazil. Her writing has been published by the New York Times, TIME, Harper’s Bazaar, BBC, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, NBC, and San Francisco Chronicle.
