Siciliana Trevino

Siciliana is an award-winning filmmaker, AR/VR producer, and 2018-19 YBCA Fellow. She is the creator and designer of Ice Breakers, the multi-player mobile AR game that breaks down communication barriers and encourages positive social interactions, made at the MIT Reality, Virtually Hackathon. She is a Co-Chair of ARVR Women, where she launched the group’s Futurist in Residence program to increase multicultural leadership in immersive media. Her 2015 documentary, “New Mo’ Cut: David Peoples’s lost film of Moe’s Books,” winner of best editing at Filmstock Film Festival, is archived at UC Berkeley’s Bancroft Library and was screened at the Book Festival’s 2016 film series at BAMPFA.
