T. M. Scruggs
T.M. Scruggs has taught on music and media, and has been involved in community radio in the U.S., Nicaragua and Venezuela. He was on the KPFA Local Station Board and the Pacifica National Board. Currently he is on the editorial board of The Censored Press, a new imprint of Project Censored, and executive producer of several documentaries involving media.
