What do I get as a Friend of the Festival?

The Friends is a circle of people who help make a free, world-class Festival possible. We show appreciation by offering thank-you gifts at each level of giving, including:

  • Shorter lines so you won’t miss your favorite authors (several events last year reached capacity fast, so this perk is a game changer)
  • Tickets to evening headliner programs (past headliners have included Joan Baez and W. Kamau Bell)
  • Invites to our kickoff (and kickass) Authors Party the night before Fest weekend

$200: Manuscript Level

  • Festival-wide priority seating for one (access to shorter lines, to make sure you can see your favorite authors)
  • A top headliner ticket (a few special events will be ticketed, and you’d be in for your choice)

$300: Chapbook Level

  • Festival-wide priority seating for you and one guest
  • Two tickets to a top headliner event of your choice

$500: Book Party Level

  • Festival-wide priority seating for you and a guest
  • Two tickets to a top headliner event
  • Invitations for you and a guest to the Kickoff Authors Party on Friday night

$1,000: Blockbuster Book Party Level

  • Festival-wide priority seating for you and two guests
  • Three tickets to a top headliner event
  • Invitations for you and two guests to the festival Kickoff Authors Party

$2,500: Epic Level (VIP)

  • Two VIP passes (same as the Authors get) to bypass the line for regular events
  • Four top headliner tickets
  • Invitations for you and three guests to the festival Kickoff Authors Party
